On the Rewards of Occupational Therapy…
“I work with all ages and a variety of patients, but mostly the upper extremities; elbows, wrists, and hands. It’s very rewarding work because the function of the arms and hands directly aects a person’s ability to take care of themselves. Not only are our upper extremities essential for day-to-day tasks such as grooming, bathing and eating, but also for skills required for work.”
On Being Part of a Treatment Team…
“One thing I appreciate about my work at MOI is being part of a team. I have a great relationship with Lynette, the occupational therapist, and we work together very well. It’s a great benet to patients.”
